Gas central heating, double glazing, secure door entry system, communal lounge area, communal courtyard and a store room for electric scooters (limited spaces).

No cats or dogs are permitted in this property.

Please note that whilst the properties have been designed to be accessible, the design guidance is generic and therefore the properties may not be suitable to meet the specific needs of all individual users. For example, the size of the shower area, the fixed shower screen, the fire doors with closures, lift access and the communal bins may not be accessible to everyone depending on their individual needs and circumstances. Likewise, the kitchen is installed to a standard height for ambulant use.
